Don't mean to be ugly or sarcastic; however, I believe the first thing you need to do is learn to spell in English.
you need to find a school!
You would have to go medical school. But that might take a but of money out of your wallet.
You need to become an RN. There are nursing programs offered at most Community Colleges and at some hospitals for an Associate's degree. Once you've taken all the prerequisites and passed through nursing school, you'll need to sit for the licensing exam. Depending on your state, you may also need further education or have to take another separate test to specialize in Pediatrics.
