Can u sue a school for rejecting u on a medical basis ?

and where can i find a good lawyer who will take my case
Answer:
In some cases, students can (quite legally) be denied entry (or continued enrollment) in college or other educational institutions based on medical issues. Your particular situation may fall into that category or may constitute illegal discrimination. You may get more applicable responses if you add some details about the specific situation in question.
Ditto to what michele said.
But, you CAN sue anybody for anything. Trouble is finding an attorney that will take your case. Seek out an attorney that specializes in discrimination cases.
If your medical condition poses a threat to Faculty, Staff, and other students then they have a right to refuse admission.
Did you know that prisoners have sued the state/Feds because their cookie served with their meal was broken?? That is very true!
only if the school is publicly funded.

a private school can reject anyone for any reason, though it would be stupid of them to be overtly discriminatory
